This review is from: OSD Audio S-10 High Powered 10-Inch Home Theatre Subwoofer (Black) (Electronics) This sub sounds pretty nice with my living room surround sound. It adds the bump that is needed in action movies and while listening to music. The only problem is that it has an irritating low humm when my system is turned off. That means every night I had to unplug the speaker before bed! I couldn't believe it,. Thinking it might be my receiver or wiring, I plugged in my old smaller powered sub - no humm. There is something defective with this product that causes it to humm when no sound is being sent to it. A real shame.
